RETURN POLICY
INSTRUCTIONS
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email to shipping@refadestudios.com .
You will be solely responsible for returning and shipping the product to Refade Studios.
In case of return of the item, the shipping costs will be entirely at your expense.
We recommend using a reliable courier that allows you to track the return.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return only if the product is in the same condition it was shipped in, with any tags still attached.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s). Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account due to variable processing times between payment providers.
If you wish to exchange your item, you must first return the original item. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the requested exchange will remain in stock. We are unable to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. If the requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you by email to find a solution that satisfies you.
