RETURN POLICY
INSTRUCTIONS
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email to shipping@refadestudios.com .
You will be solely responsible for returning and shipping the product to Refade Studios.
In the event of returning the item, the shipping costs will be entirely at your expense.
We recommend using a reliable courier that allows you to track your return.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return only if the product is in the same condition as it was shipped, with any tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Any card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If you wish to exchange your item, you must first return the original item. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the requested exchange will remain in stock. We are unable to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. If the requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you by email to find a solution that satisfies you.
