Return Policy

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email at shipping@refadestudios.com.

You will be solely responsible for returning and shipping the product to Refade Studios.

In case of product return, shipping costs will be entirely at your expense.

We recommend using a reliable courier that allows you to track the return.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return only if the product is in the same condition as it was shipped, with any tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Payment card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, if the customer has benefited from free shipping, the amount corresponding to the shipping cost to the destination country will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

In case of free shipping in Italy for orders over €100, a restocking fee of €6 will also be withheld.

If you want to exchange your item, you must first return the original item. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the requested exchange will remain available. We are unable to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

If the requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you via email to find a solution that satisfies you.
