Refade Studios Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Refade Studios! These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Refade Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”), with registered office at Viale Michelangelo Grigoletti 79, 33170 Pordenone (PN), Italy, VAT No. IT01955240930, regarding your access to and use of the refadestudios.it website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Refade Studios uses the Shopify platform to provide e-commerce technology.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using or purchasing through our Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy , and the Cookie Policy . If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services.

2. Account and Requirements

You can use the Services without an account, but to purchase or access certain features, you may be required to create one, providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Products, Availability and Prices

All products offered are described in our online "Shops." Images are indicative: color and quality may vary depending on the device. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or withdraw products without notice.

Prices shown are in EUR and do not include any import taxes, customs duties, or additional costs, which are always the responsibility of the customer. The final price is the one confirmed in the order acceptance email.

4. How to Place an Order

To complete a purchase, select the product, proceed to checkout, and provide your payment details. The contract is considered concluded when we send you a confirmation email. You can change or cancel your order before submitting it. After confirmation, we may not be able to take any action.

5. Payments and Security

You agree to provide truthful and complete payment information. We use the secure payment gateways Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of damage or loss passes to you. Shipping costs and all customs/import duties are always your responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason. The period begins on the day of delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the standard EU form or send an explicit declaration to info@refadestudios.com within the deadline. You are responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU Consumers)

EU consumers enjoy the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. In the event of a lack of conformity, please contact our Customer Service at info@refadestudios.com with a description of the defect.

9. Mandatory Rights and Local Legislation

These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights under applicable local laws in the Customer's country of residence. In the event of a conflict, local law shall prevail.

10. Refund and Return Policy

The terms and conditions for returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy . We invite you to consult it before purchasing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, and images contained in the Services are our property or third-party licensors and are protected by copyright, patents, and trademarks. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

The Services may contain tools, widgets, or links to third-party sites. These services are provided "as is" without any warranty. Use is at your own risk, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms of those third parties.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These conditions are governed by Italian law with the following distinction:

  • EU consumers: the EU ODR procedure remains in place: oleodr.eu .
  • Non-EU consumers: the Court of Pordenone (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory provisions of local law.
  • B2B: For orders placed by professionals or companies, the exclusive jurisdiction of Pordenone applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Limitation of Warranty and Liability

The Services and products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

15. Compensation

You agree to indemnify and hold Refade Studios, Shopify, and our licensors harmless from any loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from any third-party claims or any breach of these Terms by you.

16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and will be effective as of the date indicated. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates.
