For orders over €100 and shipping to Italy, delivery will be free.

Delivery

We do not assume responsibility for orders blocked during transport, for those not collected due to the absence of the recipient, for packages lost or blocked in customs.

We remind you that it is the buyer's sole responsibility to collect the package. In the event that the package is returned due to failure to deliver or collect at the local point, the order amount will be refunded minus shipping costs and the cost of the days of storage.

Please note that estimated delivery times start from the moment your order has been shipped.

Taxes and Duties

Refade Studios declines all responsibility for lost or stolen packages, as well as any import duties or taxes applicable to international shipments. It is important to note that we are unable to accurately predict the amount of these taxes and duties, as these expenses depend directly on the regulations of the destination country.

We rely on Fedex TNT for national shipments (Italy) and Fedex for European and international shipments.

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided that you notify us in writing as set out below that you are exercising this right of withdrawal no later than fourteen working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the returned goods or fail to return them to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses we suffer.

If your goods are faulty or do not match the description on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For more information on how to return goods to us, please see the Returns Policy section of the site.

For your protection, we recommend that you send the returned goods via insured and traceable shipping.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty processing payment information
• It is not possible to ship to the address provided
• A duplicate order has been placed
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
