How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as we ship the product. If this does not happen, please contact us by email at shipping@refadestudios.com or via the contact form.

Can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please email us at shipping@refadestudios.com .

Changes will be possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email to shipping@refadestudios.com .

You will be solely responsible for returning and shipping the product to Refade Studios.

In the case of returning the item, the shipping costs will be entirely your responsibility.

We recommend using a reliable courier that allows you to track the return.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return only if the product is in the same condition in which it was shipped, with any tags still attached.

Will I be charged customs fees?

We take no responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs duties, sales taxes or any quarantine controls that may be in place in some countries.
