Shipping

The Refade Studios team is committed to delivering your package as quickly as possible. For this reason, we will always ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. For orders over €100 with shipping to Italy, delivery will be free.

Delivery

We do not assume responsibility for orders blocked during transport, those not collected due to the recipient's absence, lost packages, or packages held at customs. Please note that it is the buyer's full responsibility to collect the package.

Missed package collection

In case of non-collection of the package by the recipient, the shipment will be automatically returned to the sender. In such circumstances, no refund of the order is provided. However, it is possible to request a new shipment of the package, the costs of which will be entirely borne by the recipient. To proceed with a new shipment, the customer must contact us via email at shipping@refadestudios.com, indicating the reference order number. Please note that estimated delivery times start from the moment your order has been shipped.

Taxes and Duties

Refade Studios disclaims all responsibility for the loss or theft of packages, as well as for any import duties or taxes applicable to international shipments. It is important to note that we are unable to accurately predict the amount of such taxes and duties, as these charges depend directly on the regulations of the destination country. We rely on Fedex TNT for domestic shipments (Italy) and Fedex for European and international shipments.

Changes and Cancellations

For details on your 14-day return right, please refer to the Returns Policy section of the website. You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing no later than fourteen working days from the day following receipt of the goods.

Please note that if you do not take reasonable care of the returned goods or do not return them to us, we will have the right to file a claim against you for any losses we have suffered. If your goods are defective or do not match the description provided on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For your protection, we recommend sending returned goods via insured and trackable shipping.

Cancellation by Refade Studios

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons: item(s) unavailable, difficulty processing payment information, unable to ship to the address provided, a duplicate order was placed, suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
