Nel 1973, l'esercito americano adottò le uniformi OG 507, realizzate in poliestere e cotone. Questo rappresentava un cambiamento significativo rispetto ai materiali precedenti, con una "stampa durevole" unica.

Lavabili e più facili da mantenere, queste uniformi avevano etichette gialle e chiusura a cerniera. Rimasero in uso fino all'arrivo delle uniformi mimetiche BDU nel 1981, e avevano lo stesso colore verde scuro e kaki delle OG-107.

Gli OG-507 come i precedenti OG-107 presentavano un colore verde scuro e kaki.

Materiale: 50% cotone e 50% poliestere.
