1940s U.S. Navy Cracker Jack pants from the WW2 era. These are the traditional bell-bottom sailor trousers with a 13-button front flap, part of the enlisted uniform since the 19th century. Created for practical shipboard needs (freedom of movement, ease of rolling up the legs), they have become an iconic symbol of the American sailor over time. The name Crackerjack comes from the popular imagery associated with the famous snack package featuring the sailor in uniform.
Condition: excellent, small hole visible in the photo.
