1960s/70s French brown moleskin cycling jacket “Le Beau-Fort”.
Despite the name suggesting a cycling garment, these jackets were originally issued to workers as true workwear, adapting to different industrial environments with sturdy materials such as cotton twill, moleskin, corduroy, wool or leather.
Boxy fit and Eclair zip.
The fustian in this shade certainly represents the real strong point of this jacket, as brown is considered by many to be the rarest color together with white fustian.
