Rare pair of original French railway SNCF work trousers, dating back to the 1950s - 60s deadstock.
These trousers, along with the matching jacket, were made in France for SNCF railway staff. They are a classic example of workwear of the era, crafted from sturdy cotton canvas and featuring a high waist and wide leg for comfort and durability.
Unlike the typical blue shade used for most work uniforms, these trousers are distinguished by their characteristic light brown, a hallmark of SNCF garments.
Unique details include the separate belt with loops, button closure, and an adjustable buckle at the back. Additionally, along the inside of the belt are additional buttons for attaching suspenders.
