The U.S. Army adopted the OG 507 uniforms in 1973, marking a significant change with the use of a blend of polyester and cotton. These uniforms had a "durable print" that distinguished them from previous materials.
Easy to wash and maintain, they were marked with yellow labels and zipper closure.
They remained in use until the arrival of the BDU in 1981, and shared the dark green and khaki color with the OG-107.
The OG-507 like the previous OG-107 featured a dark green and khaki color.
Material: 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
