USMC (US Marine Corps) shooting jacket produced approximately in the 1970s, most likely during the Vietnam War. 100% cotton construction, with reinforced elbows and shoulders.

"Director of Civilian Marksmanship" stamp - possibly used for training or competition purposes in the DCM program, which was initially run primarily by the U.S. Army.
